We accept items in the following conditions: New, Like New, and, in some cases, Very Good Condition.
Items in New or Like New condition may still require minor repairs or partial cleaning.
Items classified as Very Good Condition may also be accepted; however, each item is reviewed individually, and acceptance is determined at our sole discretion.
By submitting or listing an item on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to pick up or accept any item.
Points are awarded based on the type, size, and value of the items provided.
